Launch is a transformative 14-week programme designed to equip young adults with the mindset, skills, and character needed to thrive in life, study, and the workplace. Created by One Million Strong, it supports students and early-career youth as they step into adulthood with confidence, purpose, and responsibility.
At the heart of Launch is a powerful focus on personal responsibility, helping participants take ownership of their choices, attitudes, finances, relationships, and future. Through 13 carefully structured modules, young people are guided to develop integrity, resilience, leadership capacity, and social awareness, while also gaining practical tools for real-world challenges such as financial management, decision-making, and civic engagement.
The programme is delivered in small, supportive groups and facilitated by trained peer leaders, creating an environment that is relatable, honest, and empowering. With academic input from the University of Cambridge, Launch combines credibility with real-life relevance.
